Steward & Maven Co. is privy to multiple in the field testing results, for each crop we purchase. Testing occurs for soil health, and nutritional crop data rated superior for food product categories and elevated farming practices. Each farmer selected is dedicated to continuous land improvement, to post harvest residual chemical testing and year to year documented carbon sequestration and land biome test results. This not only produces high quality ingredients for us to enjoy, but also honors and gives back to the land.
